Our Flavors

We get asked quite frequently how hot each of our sauces are and what flavor they can expect when they bite into our famous wings for the first time.  So, we created a “pepper scale” to help you choose the right level of heat and flavor combination to suite your tastes.

A spice shaker indicates a rub style wing while the bottle is for sauce-based wings.

Our wings are cooked perfectly with juicy meat and a crispy outside.  We then add our sauces and rubs after cooking so it maintains that perfect shell without being soggy.

Cajun Cajun is spicy but not hot, therefore we put it as warm heat due to the light spicy flavor.  It is a rub of creole spices made for those who like southern flavor.   Is this your favorite? Vote for it!

Lemon Pepper Lemon Pepper is true to its name. It is a rub blending a little spiciness of pepper with the tangy flavor of lemon.  We rate this on the lower end of warm because of the heat of the black pepper.   Is this your favorite? Vote for it!

Jerk Jerk is a Caribbean rub that is sweet and spicy. The sweet and spicy blend well to make for a nice balanced flavor. It rates on the lower end of warm but not too spicy to handle.   Is this your favorite? Vote for it!

Greek Greek offers a little Mediterranean flare.  It is a rub with just a tad bit of kick from pepper with the added flavor of Garlic.  It rates on the lower end of warm from the spice of the black pepper.   Is this your favorite? Vote for it!

Bar B.Q. Bar B.Q. is exactly what its name implies.  It has a sweet base and our unique blend of flavors.  This sauce is mild for anyone’s taste buds and for those who enjoy a sweet barbecue flavor without the heat factor.   Is this your favorite? Vote for it!

Honey Honey is a sweet and mild sauce that is true to its name.  It has a sweet honey base and we add our own unique spin on it to kick it up in flavor.  This sauce is mild enough that everyone can enjoy.   Is this your favorite? Vote for it!

Hot & Honey Hot & Honey mixes two of our favorite sweet honey and hot sauces.  The sweet balances the hot in a blend that is one of our most popular flavors.  Perfect for those who like some hot but not overpowering.   Is this your favorite? Vote for it!

Beer Beer is a very mild hot flavor.  It is on the higher end of the medium scale but still not too hot. This is a true Hackett signature flavored sauce that has a hint of beer taste and a kick of hot sauce.   Is this your favorite? Vote for it!

Mild We may call it mild but it does have some heat.  This is our base for all the hot sauces so it has our signature flavor but without a real hot heat index.  This is for those who like the Memphis-style red sauce and not a real overpowering hot factor.   Is this your favorite? Vote for it!
